A. Please contact me with your order number and I will have a look for you.

 

Q. You don't have the stamp that I am looking for...

A. I will add new stamps regularly so I might have your stamp(s) in my stock. Feel free to send me a message with your wish list and I will check if have it.


Q. What is your shipping policy, shipping rates and delivery estimates?

Q. I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

Q. What payment do you accept?

A. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal,  American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and some Cryptocurrencies.

Q. Which stamp catalogue are you using?

A. I am using Yvert et Tellier and/or Spink for France; Yvert et Tellier for French Colonies; Stanley Gibbons for Great Britain and old Colonies; Michel for Germany and Europe (except France and Great Britain); Scott for USA, North and South America and rest of the World (except French colonies, Great Britain old Colonies and Europe).
While I will do my best to follow this, If I am unable to find information in a catalogue for a stamp, I might be using a different catalogue (especially for the part 'rest of the World).
